LitterKingdom is pleased to announce that our Environmental Protection division will be providing Environmental Protection services in Canterbury, Kent, on behalf of Canterbury City Council from Monday 14th April 2014.

Kingdom personnel will be dealing primarily with the issue of street litter and dog control orders together with any other environmental issues.

Kingdom aims to make the UK streets cleaner, safer and greener. Kingdom’s specialist Environmental Protection teams are led by experts with an ex-police and military background. They deliver over 130,000 Environmental Protection hours per year on behalf of local authorities across the UK.

This includes issuing fixed penalty notices (FPNs) to offenders who are seen breaking the Environmental Protection Act 1990 in streets, parks and open spaces. Our specialist teams also tackle street litter, dog fouling and control orders, commercial and residential waste, smoking in prohibited areas, the illegal distribution of free material, criminal damage, graffiti and fly-tipping and posting.
