Kingdom Vacancy - Social Media and Communications Specialist

An excellent opportunity has arisen to apply for a Social Media and Communications Specialist role with Kingdom Services Group, based at our Head Office in Newton-Le-Willows.

Primary Objective: To create engaging and effective internal and external messages & campaigns.

Work Location: Newton le Willows

Skill Base Requirements
Essential Experience
- A minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Track record and knowledge of social media tools and techniques to use creatively to deliver and manage multi-channel internal campaigns from concept to execution.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and external communications and engagement practice and
measurement.
General
- Self-starter to hit the ground running
- Content creation skills
- A stickler for the detail behind tone of voice and brand guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks
- Reactive, open to change and ability to understand the audience
- Holds excellent appropriate IT skills
- Excellent verbal, written, copy and blog writing skills.
- Be a team player as well as working independently

Responsibilities
Examples shown are not exhaustive and may include any other reasonable duties:

o Understand our business and customers
o Implement and oversee a social media and communications strategy including negative media control

Social Media:
- Manage multiple social media channels
- Create and strategically plan and manage appropriate content and brand messages (images, video and written) to reach desired audiences
- Approve or write appropriate engaging content with aligned messaging
- Improve company review scores (google and glassdoor)
- Manage senior LinkedIn accounts

Internal & External Messages & Communication
- Weekly department sweep of Kingdom appropriate news
- Approve or write appropriate engaging content with aligned messaging
- Daily internal messages (KONNECT)
- Weekly customer HTML & CRM data updates
- Marketing campaigns to our promote brand and services
- Maintain a communications activity calendar

Manage the relationship and budget with any support supplier (including internal and external designers & Kingdom India)
Monitor, track, measure and report on topics and trends and on the success of your activities
