Kingdom Colleague Zone

Kingdom is delighted to have launched a new Colleague Zone which will allow all our colleagues at Kingdom to access. The new Colleague Zone has replaced our previous “Our People” section and has been designed to be more in line with Kingdom’s website, which launched towards the end of last year.

This new and improved Colleague Zone will bring together everything that our colleagues require, all in one easy to access place. There have been improvements made to navigation in order for everything to be found more easily which in turn makes it simpler for our colleagues to access and utilise what they need to in a more efficient manner than the previous system.

Kingdom is a people business, so we endeavour to keep our colleagues both happy and enthused. We do not believe that colleague welfare should end with paying wages, which is why our “welfare rainbow” provides many colleague incentives.

This new area will take steps to make our colleagues jobs easier and will also help them to further develop their skill sets. Crucially though, it will also allow our colleagues to access the tools and information they need in a more expedient manner, which ultimately means they can do their job to a better standard and far quicker, which therefore will provide better results for our clients.

There are five key new sections to the Colleague Zone:

New Starter Zone – This will ensure that anybody just starting their journey with Kingdom has the best experience possible. This area includes a Welcome Pack, a Colleague Handbook, a Team Leader Handbook, a Retail Handbook, and an Organisation Chart. There will also be access for colleagues to check their own hours and holidays.

Training Academy – This is a person-centred approach to help colleagues to maximise their development. This allows colleagues to access KingdomShield, our very own workplace training site.

Download Zone – The download zone gives colleagues instant access to the key policies and forms they might need at the touch of a button. This includes our environmental policy, social media policy, lone worker policy, health & safety policy, health & safety manual, health & safety well-being policy, uniform order form, colleague welfare form, personal development plan, incident report form, and mission, vision & values policy.

Daily News section - To help keep Kingdom colleagues up to date with the latest news and articles from Kingdom and to “live the brand”.

Submit a Sales Lead – This section allows colleagues to earn an easy commission by submitting a sales lead, and a refer a friend for a position form, thus allowing colleagues to earn easy cash by recommending a deserving friend for a role. Both of these will allow our colleagues to play their part in helping Kingdom to grow and prosper.
