Kingdom starts working with SOCOTEC

KvSU_S6x_400x400Kingdom has recently changed its management systems certification provider from BM Trada to a new provider - SOCOTEC.
The change of certification provider coincides with our transition to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organisation needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system.
ISO 14001:2015 specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organisation can use to enhance its environmental performance. It is intended for use by an organisation that aims to manage its environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to sustainability.
Work is now underway to develop our management systems to enable us to transition to these new standards, as well as to prepare us for the release of the new health and safety standard, ISO 45001.
Third party certification is incredibly important to Kingdom, as it ensures that we are providing a compliant and effective service to our customers, and in turn gives them confidence that we are doing so.
Commenting on the new relationship, SOCOTEC said: “SOCOTEC Certification is pleased to welcome Kingdom Services Group as a new client for ISO 9001, IS0 14001, 0HSAS 18001 and ISO 27001 certifications.”
SOCOTEC Certification is a UKAS Accredited Certification Body that operates globally through a network of 400 auditors across 22 countries servicing 8,500 clients delivering 40 types of accreditations and certification schemes. It is part of the SOCOTEC Group which employs 6,600 employees across 25 different countries, and is a market leader in TIC (Testing, Inspection and Compliance) within the construction and infrastructure sectors. We are looking forward to working with SOCOTEC over the coming years, and would like to thank our previous provider, BM Trada, who we have worked with over a number of years, for all of the support that they have given Kingdom.
Kingdom remains steadfast in its “commitment to quality” (C2Q) by embracing five key components: Safety, Health, Environment, Service and Outcomes. As a supplier to brand focused customers, our investment and dedication to quality and safety is taken extremely seriously. We regularly access experts in their field to openly audit and challenge us, and when we do it well, recognition follows.
