Kingdom appoints KeyFleet as new fleet management provider

keyfleet-011Kingdom is delighted to announce that they have appointed Lancashire based fleet and risk management specialist KeyFleet as their new fleet management provider. The contract is the result of over 12 months of discussions.

KeyFleet have been appointed to manage various aspects of Kingdom’s 150+ car and commercial vehicle fleet including fleet compliance, maintenance, telematics, vehicle supply, rental and driver support through its Ribchester based fleet team as part of KeyFleet’s ‘Manager’ service.

Commenting on the appointment, Kingdom’s Rob Barton said: “We were keen to find a fleet partner that offered a proactive solution that wasn’t necessarily delivered by a call centre.

“KeyFleet’s proposition means that we have the back-up of the central support team but our account is managed by a dedicated field based fleet manager rather than a sales person or representative.

“Our business, which turns over £90m+, is growing exponentially and we need a sound fleet framework, with strong support, to manage existing vehicle and drivers and amalgamate new smaller fleets added through acquisition.”

Sam Greenwood, Fleet Manager for KeyFleet, said: “Kingdom want to enjoy a risk averse and cost reduced fleet without the admin burden associated with running 150+ vehicles and through our Manager service we are able to meet that requirement initially and ongoing with a 1-2-1 personal service underpinned by an experienced fleet manager.”

Kingdom’s package also includes the use of technology to capture data and manage key tasks with a program of implementation currently underway for a telematics roll out and regular vehicle check submission via KeyFleets mobile app.
