Glenn Grabs Goggles for London City Swim

Good news for a good cause incoming...

Glenn Bourne, JobsXpress sector specialist and all-around good guy, has adorned his swimming cap, speedos & goggles in preparation for the London City Swim. This charity swim is an amazing cause hoping to bring hundreds of swimmers together ready to make a big difference by raising funds and awareness for motor neurone disease (MND) by swimming London’s Docklands.

“Think of it as a charity gala, with a difference – replace the dance floor with a stunning body of open water, substitute neoprene for dinner suits and no need for hairspray when you have a swimming hat.”

As Glenn is taking part in this brilliant cause, please follow the link to his direct donation page as we would all appreciate any contributions made. Every single penny of sponsorship money raised will go towards the £200,000 target.

London City Swim Event Details
The swim will take place at London’s Docklands on Friday 21st September from 5pm and will involve each of the swimmers taking a 500 metre lap of the Royal Victoria Dock, in a series of waves. The fastest 4 men and women from each wave will then be invited to progress to the 200 metre Super-Sprint Final! The remaining swimmers will thankfully be able to don their complimentary dressing-gowns and join the all-inclusive after-party as the more competitive swimmers get increasingly more serious.

Needless to say, Glenn – everyone at Kingdom is rooting for you. Good Luck, we know you will do us all proud. If you wish to join Glenn in this great cause, sign up today and #SwimforMND
