RetailHUB provides free and confidential support services that aid the wellbeing of all those who have, are or will be involved in retail. RetailRIGHT provides career support, helping people to get the most from their career in retail. RetailCURE offers loans at affordable rates and attractive returns on savings. CottageHOMES provides 5 retirement estates in the UK in London, Derby, Glasgow, Liverpool and Salford. These offer a variety of sheltered and extra care accommodation. It is at one of these estates that Kingdom is providing manned guarding - their Crookfur Estate in Glasgow, helping to keep it safe, secure and supported.
The Crookfur Estate was established in 1964. It is a vibrant community set amidst 13 acres of beautiful garden grounds where residents can enjoy their retirement and maintain their independence in a safe, secure and worry-free environment.
Kingdom is providing manned guarding for night shift cover on this estate, which includes carrying out safety checks of all buildings and access routes, monitoring and assessing all visitors, responding to any fire alarms, contacting the emergency services, contacting the management in the event of an emergency, accepting calls from Tele Care, allowing the emergency services access and escorting them whilst they are on the estate, completing a daily handover sheet and reporting any overnight incidents.
