Kingdom reaccredited by Constructionline

clip_image002Kingdom is pleased to have been reaccredited by Constructionline, the UK’s leading procurement and supply chain management service. The new certificate is valid until September 2016.

Part of Capital plc, Constructionline collects, assesses and monitors standard company information through a question set that is aligned to PAS 91, the standardised pre-qualification questionnaire developed by BSI to reduce duplication and improve efficiencies within the construction industry.

Constructionline aims to provide efficiency savings to public and private sector buyers and the construction industry as a whole by streamlining procurement procedures and improving the supply chain management processes by reducing risk, creating cost efficiencies and helping buyers engage with new suppliers, including SMEs and local companies.

Described as the common sense solution for both sides of the tender, Constructionline helps both suppliers and buyers of construction services to save time, money and hassle. Suppliers don’t have to jump through the same vetting hoops every time they tender, having to repeatedly duplicate their standard company information for every construction tender, thus saving them time and resources. Over 24,000 suppliers for construction contracts currently use Constructionline.

Buyers are spared having to sift through suppliers’ data and having to keep it up to date. Over 8,000 buyers from over 2,500 buying organisations use the Constructionline database to source contractors and consultants. They can be sure that Constructionline accreditation standards are high, as Constructionline assesses all suppliers to government standards and maintain relationships with a range of industry, ePurchasing and Government partners to ensure that they remain relevant to procurement professionals within the construction industry.
